We carry out several communal & residential SMATV Installations for Residential clients, Developers and Refurbishment Companies throughout London & the South East.  Working in partnership with Derango Construction Ltd, we install all of the TV/Satellite/Telephone/Data/ CCTV/Door/Gate Entry & Multi-Room Audio Equipment to create ‘Smart Homes’ that are ready for now and the future. These types of ‘Smart Home’ developments are becoming more common practice with builders, who have realized that a single TV point in the lounge and a single telephone point near the front door are no longer acceptable to homeowners. We install a centrally located TV/FM/DAB & Satellite aerial array, with a twin feed into each house/apartment/flat to allow provision for Sky+/HD without the need for extra dishes or unsightly cabling. Each house/apartment/flat also has its own independent hub enclosure, which houses the TV/Telephone & Multi-Room Audio control equipment. A return feed from this hub, distributes the pictures from the Sky/DVD equipment to all of the property’s bedrooms.  In turn, each room has a TV point. Twin CAT5e points provide Telephone & Data access in each room. We have even installed several waterproof tile TV’s into bathrooms/wet rooms in the past. Technology is moving forward, and we at UK-Communication Systems are helping developers and domestic clients cater for the future.

We also carry out the temporary removal and re-instatement of satellite dishes; where there is a need to erect scaffolding to carry out essential repairs and maintenance works to the outside of the dwellings. Working in partnership with Stones Scaffolding, (http://www.stonesscaffolding.co.uk) we attend site at the erection stage and remove the dishes from the building. These are then temporarily mounted on the scaffolding; outside of any obstructions caused from the netting and/or boards, which allows the residents continued access to their TV programmes whist the scaffold is in place. Upon the scaffold being struck, the process is reversed and the dishes are then permanently re-instated back to their original mounting positions.
