Insurance Information

We hold full Public Liability & Employer’s Liability Insurance with £5m Indemnity, a copy of which is available upon request.
All Engineers are CRIB checked & verified as clear of convictions

Warranty Information

All workmanship & materials* carry a 1 year warranty from date of installation. Furthermore, in respect of cables, bracketry, aerials etc – all of these meet or exceed CAI recommendations.

Data Protection

Data we hold about our clients is limited to that provided by our clients, and is available upon request. We do not disclose any of our client’s details to any third party without consent.

Reservation Of Title

All goods remain the property of UK-Communication Systems until invoices are settled in full.
Whereby materials are ordered on a pro-forma basis, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they are satisfied with the product specifications prior to the order being made. Once ordered and paid for, goods become the property of the client. No refunds or replacements will be permitted, the exception being for faulty and/or damaged goods.
